It was a privilege to work on the Stellantis In-Dealership Training and Product Launch Tour for the 2022 Wagoneer.
We trained in the Atlantic Region this past summer and travelled to different dealerships, sharing about the wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail that has been poured into this gorgeous Grand Wagoneer SUV.
There was a reason and purpose behind each choice of design detail, suppliers and styling.... for example: The MacIntosh sound system that is second to none. A US based company that has accolades beyond almost any other sound system and is appreciated by the highest level of audiophile, MacIntosh was the perfect choice to compliment the American heritage of this iconic Grand Wagoneer!
We also covered training topics about the concept of premium, including the customer experience and the expectations that come with a caliber of vehicle such as the Grand Wagoneer, and how to position this vehicle against the main premium large SUV competitors.
This tour was one of my favorites as a facilitator and product trainer, and I'm looking forward to working with Stellantis again in the future.
